Bright Line Eating

It can be hard getting back into a healthy routine after the Holidays, so we have privately certified health coach Jessica Souva to share some registered, diatician-approved meal plans! Jessica's aim is to educate people about whole, unprocessed foods as a preventive medicine, rather than to preach fad diets, and we hope that you will find this as worth looking into as we do!

Tickets are available for $15/person, with books on the topic available for purchase. All proceeds will be going to hurricane relief!
